Why you need an MOT Test
If your vehicle is 3 years or older, it’s a legal requirement to have an annual MOT test.
The MOT test ensures that your vehicle meets the minimum safety standards set by the Ministry of Transport (MOT).
Our certified testers will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle, covering all major components inside and out.
If your vehicle passes, you’ll receive a VT20 pass certificate. If it fails, you’ll get a VT30 fail document, with advisories for issues that need attention.
Remember, it’s your responsibility to ensure your vehicle has a valid MOT certificate. Without it, you could face legal penalties and be unable to renew your vehicle licence.
Motor Clinic offers a free MOT reminder service to ensure you never miss your test date. We’ll notify you when your MOT is due, giving you plenty of time to book your test at our centre in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent.
